• A SINCERE APOLOGY

Friends,

Those of you who may have uploaded the show previously today may have gotten a not so nice surprise. I won't excuse it; I can only ask for your forgiveness.

I record the first hour of the Tuesday show the night before. Last night, I was over tired and made some - oh let's call it grammatical errors - but it was really uttering some vulgarity which was wholly inappropriate. I was cutting the opening of the show for the 5th take and really blurted out some obscenity that is just not at all right or excusable. I pulled the show - it's reloading now - but I thought instead of trying to pretend it didn't happen, I would face the music and let you know how embarrassed I am.

I hope I don't lose all of you, but I suppose I may lose some. Again, I apologize and ask that you would forgive me.

• MARRIAGE ON TRIAL IN CALIFORNIA

The legal battle to determine the constitutionality of California’s definition of marriage – enacted via Prop 8 as being only between a man and a woman – will begin in a few short hours in a San Francisco federal courthouse.

It’s impossible to overstate the importance of this case to the future of marriage in America. Not only is the constitutionality of California’s Prop 8 at stake, but so are the marriage laws of 45 other states and the federal Defense of Marriage Act.

Our incredible legal team, led by Chuck Cooper and Andy Pugno and assisted by the Alliance Defense Fund, has worked tirelessly for months to prepare for this historic defense of marriage. As Andy Pugno recently said, this case has the potential to be the Roe v Wade for marriage. Most legal observers expect it will go all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court.

Please keep our Prop 8 attorneys, sponsors, consultants and supporters in your prayers as this trial unfolds. Ask God to impart His wisdom and strength as we undergo this trial. Many of us will be put on the stand and cross-examined by hostile attorneys bent on establishing that support for traditional marriage is akin to racial discrimination. Yet the institution of marriage has served society well throughout the history of our country, and never was considered a political issue until homosexual marriage activists decided to redefine it to suit their own interests.

Former Attorney General Edwin Meese III appreciates the importance of this battle and penned an op-ed just published in the New York Times. It’s an excellent piece that can be read it by clicking here.

In addition to your prayers, we ask again for a generous financial gift to allow us to continue our defense of marriage. This case has cost millions of dollars getting to trial, and will cost us millions more to win the final victory before the U.S. Supreme Court, for which we are all praying. We have no source of income other than the faithful contributions of you and other supporters. Please, make a contribution today.

We pledge to keep in constant communication with you throughout the trial. We will be sending updates and providing links to interesting and informative coverage and commentary. We also will maintain an active blog on protectmarriage.com as well as our social networking vehicles via Facebook, Twitter and MySpace.

Thank you for all your efforts to support Proposition 8 and the institution of marriage. Your prayers and support have sustained us and give us confidence that we will prevail in this historic battle.

Joining together in prayer,
Ron Prentice, Executive Director

• HARRY REID GETS AWAY WITH RACIST COMMENT

By Jimmy Z

You might think Barack Obama forgave Harry Reid because Obama knows his heart, and Harry would never really BE a racist... but you see, it's not about racism or the nasty thing Harry Reid said.

Liberals are liberals first. Everything else comes after.

This is why we conservatives can't keep up with them, because for many conservatives, God and family come first, THEN our country, after that politics and conservatism.

For liberals, liberalism and the leftist agenda comes first. You can have Jesse Jackson saying "I want to cut his nuts off" (TRUE) and that's forgiven.

Harry Reid says "he lacks the negro dialect" unless he needs or wants to use it (Harry is right about Obama by the way - I have heard him use some 'black' speak when it suits him) and that's forgiven because the agenda -- moving health care forward -- is more important than slapping Harry around for being a racist.

There is nothing that liberals won't 'forgive' in order to forward their agenda. That's why liberal women kept their mouths shut as Bill Clinton was busy womanizing.

That's why feminists and the National Organization for Women keep quiet as girl babies are aborted -- thousands every day!

That's why Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson remained silent -- DEAD silent; only the sound of crickets was heard -- after it was revealed that Planned Parenthood was ON TAPE (it's on Youtube), excitedly accepting a donation earmarked for the abortion of BLACK babies!

Jesse and Al know that abortion affects the black race most severely -- they don't care. They are liberal first. Some have called abortion 'self induced black genocide' but for Jesse and Al being liberal is job one. Margaret Sanger designed Planned Parenthood for the purpose of thinning out the black race, but liberalism is more important to Jesse and Al.

It's not about black people for those two -- it is not about racism. It's about LIBERALISM.

I never doubted that Obama would immediately 'forgive' Harry Reid, because Reid is doing his liberal job well. Obama could give a crap how racist Reid is -- he just wants his liberal agenda to get through.

Notice though that Reid ONLY apologized because the information came to light.

• INTERESTING EMAIL SYNOPSIS OF THE INTERPOL STORY

Executive Order 12425 by Ronald Reagan:

By virtue of the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and statutes of the United States, including Section 1 of the International Organizations Immunities Act (59 Stat. 669, 22 U.S.C. 288), it is hereby ordered that the International Criminal Police Organization (INTERPOL), in which the United States participates pursuant to 22 U.S.C. 263a, is hereby designated as a public international organization entitled to enjoy the privileges, exemptions and immunities conferred by the International Organizations Immunities Act; except those provided by Section 2(c), the portions of Section 2(d) and Section 3 relating to customs duties and federal internal-revenue importation taxes, Section 4, Section 5, and Section 6 of that Act. This designation is not intended to abridge in any respect the privileges, exemptions or immunities which such organization may have acquired or may acquire by international agreement or by Congressional action.

RONALD REAGAN
The White House,
June 16,1983.

Executive Order 12425 by Barack Obama

By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, including section 1 of the International Organizations Immunities Act (22 U.S.C. 288), and in order to extend the appropriate privileges, exemptions, and immunities to the International Criminal Police Organization (INTERPOL), it is hereby ordered that Executive Order 12425 of June 16, 1983, as amended, is further amended by deleting from the first sentence the words "except those provided by Section 2(c), Section 3, Section 4, Section 5, and Section 6 of that Act" and the semicolon that immediately precedes them.

BARACK OBAMA
THE WHITE HOUSE,
December 16, 2009.

What did O do here?

Basically removed protective measures for the sovereignty of our law enforcement of the land and gave Interpol power over our Constitution. It is the beginning step of putting Interpol out of the reach of our sovereign law jurisdiction, even our millitary, a move that GWB fought hard against. Now Obama is going to accomplish that and reverse GWB's stand against it. Through this move, Obama could very well dissolve agreements made between GW and other nations concerning the turning over of our troops to the ICC via Interpole, and to the states or nations with grievances. This gives full Interpol full diplomatic immunity, allows them to operate with inviolable archives from within our own buildings. What few Americans know and understand, is that we have some of our own law enforcement officers who work under the aegis of Interpol within the Justice Department.

There's no way an internet discussion on this matter is going to begin to be enough of an outcry against this hideous sin against the Constitution, the citizenry, law enforcement, and the military of the United States. This POTUS is going to turn our nation into a signatory to the ICC, International Criminal Court. The first move places Interpol above the Constitution and our domestic law enforcement. Of course, the Armed Services are next. Beware, beware, beware!!!

If you want to blog something serious, blog this. Just leave my name out of it. I've given you the exact Executive Order 12425 from both Ronald Reagan and Barack Obama above. Your readers can see the difference.
