• REPUBLICANS REFUSE TO DEFUND OBAMACARE

Read carefully, and twice, so that you understand how serious this is:

"The House Rules Committee has rejected Rep. Steve King’s proposal to FULLY DEFUND ObamaCare, failing to agree to “protect” King’s amendment when it comes to the House floor. Bottom line — Republicans on the Rules Committee refused to play hardball to fully defund ObamaCare. By doing so, they are allowing Nancy Pelosi’s “mandatory” self-funding provisions which many say are unconscionable if not unconstitutional — to stand! This will force this Congress to approve most of the funding for ObamaCare."

Now, understand that we cannot repeal Obamacare until January 2013 at the earliest, assuming that Obama can be beaten on November 6, 2012. And, with a steady approval number of 50%, give or take, that's not going to be as easy as some of us had hoped.

But after two years of implementation and now funding, Obamacare would be nigh impossible to repeal. The law would have its tentacles reaching into our lives in so many ways, many Americans who now favor repeal would have changed their minds.

So, then you might say, we'll have to have it found unconstitutional. And that's another fine option of course, but again after two years of funding and implementing this monster, judges are going to be much more reluctant to just toss it out and cause all kinds of mayhem to a health care system that is being reworked in such great strides.

The thing to do, as I have said on my show for months, is to refuse to fund Obamacare. And so now you must be in contact with Republicans in the House, and especially on the Rules Committee. THIS IS AN EMERGENCY. If you don't act now, you are allowing Obamacare to take shape.  --Jz
